Ba Duan Jin is a form of Medical QiGong has been practiced in China for a long time as mind-body exercise in community.

Total 8 movements. Each movement has its benefit and together they stimulate the 14 meridians, strengthen muscle.

Deep and slow breathing, it allows the muscles to relax and our mind to be calm.

It improves energy, organ function and general wellbeing.

It is beneficial for quality of life, sleep quality, digestion, handgrip strength, trunk flexibility, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and resting heart rate.
